  • What is your typical turnaround time?
    Feel free to check out my processes HERE, there will be detailed information regarding both the branding process as well as the full branding and website process. Project time frames will vary due to client response times {revisions, content, etc} and require a set schedule prior to starting your project. Rush services are available at an additional cost if necessary.
  • What are your payment policies and methods?
    Payment for services is submitted through an invoice and paid online or Check. All branding project payments are due in two parts, a 50% non-refundable payment is due prior to work beginning and to hold your spot in the queue. The second half of the project payment is delivered at project completion before final files are delivered and/or website is launched. Depending on the complete total cost, various payment options are available.
  • Do you host the websites you design?
    No. The domain name and hosting services must be purchased by the client and setup prior to launching your site. I can help with the setup, if needed.
  • What happends if I'm not satisfied?
    At the beginning of the design process, I do a consultation with you to make sure our styles are on the same page and we will be able to collaborate together to create your brand. When you purchase a package you will pay a 50% non-refundable deposit, so if you feel we are not creating the design and look that you wanted to achieve you will not be required to pay the remaining balance. This rarely happens and do my best to make sure we are a perfect fit!
  • How soon can I start?
    I wish I could start immediately! Unfortunately my availability is very limited because I only take on a few clients a month (approximately 2-3) to ensure a quality product and client satisfaction.
  • Do you only design websites on Wix?
    No. I can design through another platform, such as squarespace, wordpress or whatever you choose, for additional fee.
  • What if I'm not a "techie" person?"
    Totally okay! My websites and designs are user friendly for the average person--our tutorials use normal language (no techie lingo here) and we've found that most people can finish the setup within hours.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Because of the digital nature of our products, they cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
  • Can I edit my website?
    Absolutely! My primary reason for designing through Wix, is the user-friendliness of it. It's easy to make quick copy edits and/or change out images. For more design edits, you're more than welcome to hire me at an hourly rate.
  • Can I edit my other designs?
    Yes! I create most of my other designs in Canva, www.canva.com. This a designer website that is very userfriendly and it's FREE! I do it this way, so if you can make simple adjustments, including copy material. Don't worry, I'll include "how to" video tutorials!
